This monoclonal antibody has 2 clones with good specificity, HG1-3/HG1-11, which only react with human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4, and do not bind to human IgM/IgA/IgE. The heavy chain of HG1-3 antibody is IgM class; the heavy chain of HG1-11 antibody is IgG1 subclass; the light chain is Kappa. Among them, HG1-3 is suitable for coating microplates or nitrocellulose membranes to capture human IgG. The HG1-11 clone is suitable for HRP labeling, etc.
