This monoclonal antibody has 2 clones with good specificity, HM-C10/HM-C6, which only react with human IgM and do not bind to human IgG/IgA/IgE. The heavy chains of the antibodies are all IgG1, and the light chains are all Kappa. Among them, HM-C10 is suitable for coating or fixing on agarose microspheres to capture or obtain purified human IgM, and can also be used in related research experiments of sandwich detection of human IgM with HM-C6 labeling.
