Recombinant Human Gastric inhibitory polypeptide receptor is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Arg22-Arg421(Thr345Phe) is expressed with a Flag tag at C-terminus. A mutation (Thr345Phe) is introduced to stabilize the Human GIPR protein. VLPs are self-assembled from viral envelope/capsid protein and can display conformationally intact membrane protein in natural cell membranes.
