Recombinant Human Endothelin receptor type B is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Glu27-Ser442 is expressed with a Flag tag at the C-terminus. VLPs are self-assembled from viral envelope/capsid protein and can display conformationally intact membrane protein in natural cell membranes.
