  Human TNFSF8 amino acids Gly21-Glu147 with N-terminal 6xHis-tag were expressed in mammalian cells. The resulting product is the recombinant human TNFSF8 protein. This TNFSF8 protein was validated by SDS-PAGE analysis, and its purity is greater than 75%. It migrated to the molecular mass band of about 22 kDa on the gel. Its endotoxin level is less than 1.0 EU/ug determined by the LAL method. This TNFSF8 protein can bind to the immobilized CD30 in the functional ELISA, with an EC50 of 9.531-12.49 ng/ml. It shows the TNFSF8 is an active protein. And it is available now.

  TNFSF8, also called CD30L or CD153, is primarily expressed on activated T and B cells eosinophils, and macrophages. CD30L/CD30 signaling is involved in Th1, Th2, Th17 cell responses, and Th1-, and Th2- associated diseases.
