TNF (肿瘤坏死因子, Tumor necrosis factor) 是由单核细胞、巨噬细胞和T淋巴细胞产生的细胞因子，是免疫系统中的重要组成部分。当机体免疫系统遭遇感染、外伤、缺血等刺激时，肿瘤坏死因子会被大量释放，发挥促炎症、促凋亡、抗肿瘤等生物学效应。肿瘤坏死因子对细胞的作用是双向调节的，过度的肿瘤坏死因子可能引发炎症反应甚至休克。在许多炎症、自身免疫病、肿瘤等疾病的发病机制中都扮演着重要角色。
