TNF（肿瘤坏死因子）是一种重要的细胞因子，在炎症反应和免疫系统调节中发挥着重要作用。TNF可由多种细胞产生，包括T细胞、单核细胞和巨噬细胞等。它能促进白细胞吞噬细菌，增加炎症反应中的细胞黏附分子表达，并在免疫应答中引导细胞凋亡。
