RARRES2（Retinoic Acid Receptor Responder 2），也称为TIG2（Tazarotene-Induced Gene 2），编码的蛋白质在多种细胞类型中表达，具有抗增殖和抗侵袭的作用，对肿瘤的生长和转移有抑制作用。该蛋白在许多人类癌症中的表达水平均明显下降。研究表明，RARRES2可以通过抑制NF-κB和PI3K/Akt通路，从而抑制癌细胞增殖和转移。
