组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂1（Tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases 1，TIMP1）是一种由多种细胞产生的糖蛋白，可以抑制许多金属蛋白酶的活性，如胶原酶、凝血酶、骨溶解酶等。TIMP1在人体内广泛分布，其含量与细胞增殖、细胞外基质降解、肿瘤转移等生理和病理过程密切相关。在正常人血浆中，TIMP1的含量一般在200ng/ml左右。
