VCAM-1（Vascular cell adhesion molecule-1），是一种膜蛋白，广泛分布于内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞和其他细胞表面。VCAM-1在白细胞黏附、炎症、肿瘤转移、心血管疾病等过程中发挥重要作用。炎症和某些疾病状态下，细胞会产生和释放更多的VCAM-1。VCAM-1的含量变化可以作为许多疾病的标志物，如动脉粥样硬化、类风湿性关节炎、溃疡性结肠炎等。因此，VCAM-1是研究和治疗炎症和慢性疾病的重要目标。
