TNF（肿瘤坏死因子）是一种细胞因子，由多种免疫细胞产生，包括巨噬细胞、T细胞和B细胞。TNF参与了机体的免疫调节、炎症反应等多种生理和病理过程，与多种疾病的发生和发展有关，如肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病等。TNF也是一种炎症标志物，可以用于评估机体的炎症反应情况。
