SERPINE1（PAI-1，plasminogen activator inhibitor-1）是一种由内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞和肝脏等组织合成的蛋白酶抑制剂，主要抑制组织型纤溶酶原激活物（tPA）和尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物（uPA）的活性，从而抑制纤溶系统的活性，参与了血液凝固、血栓形成和血管重构等生理过程。
