OPN (骨钙素，Osteopontin)，又称侵袭素，是一种磷酸酸化糖蛋白，广泛分布于多种组织和细胞中，参与骨骼生长、骨代谢、免疫调节、炎症反应、肿瘤发生和转移等生理和病理过程。OPN与许多信号通路和分子相互作用，包括细胞外基质分子、整合素、膜受体、细胞因子、转录因子等，发挥多种生物学效应。OPN的生物活性受到翻译后修饰和剪切变异等因素的影响，其在体内的含量和活性水平也受到多种因素的调节。
