IL18（白细胞介素18）是一种由免疫细胞产生的细胞因子，在免疫系统中具有重要作用。IL18可促进T细胞的增殖和活化，同时也能促进NK细胞和单核细胞的活化和产生促炎症因子。IL18也参与机体对细菌、病毒和真菌等病原体的免疫应答。IL18在健康人体内的正常含量为0-130pg/mL，但其含量会因各种因素如炎症等而发生变化。
