MMP1（基质金属蛋白酶1，Matrix metalloproteinase-1），MMP1是一种由细胞外基质中的成纤维细胞、滑膜细胞、肌肉细胞、成骨细胞等分泌的酶类，属于基质金属蛋白酶家族，能够分解胶原蛋白和基质成分。MMP1在组织重塑、胚胎发育、创伤修复等生理过程中发挥着重要作用。但是，在某些疾病的发生和发展中，如炎症、纤维化、血管新生、肿瘤转移等，MMP1的异常表达可能会导致组织破坏和病情加重。因此，MMP1的测定可以作为某些疾病的辅助诊断指标之一，有一定的临床意义。
