Kim-1，肾上皮细胞跨膜蛋白1（Kidney Injury Molecule-1），属于肾小管上皮细胞表面分子，是急性肾损伤的重要标志物。Kim-1在正常情况下表达较低，但在肾小管上皮细胞受到损伤后，其表达会显著上调。因此，Kim-1可作为早期诊断急性肾损伤的敏感指标，对于肾脏疾病的诊断和监测具有重要意义。
