高敏C反应蛋白（high-sensitivity C-reactive protein，hs-CRP），是一种由肝脏合成的血浆蛋白，主要是响应机体内的炎症和损伤。hs-CRP的含量水平通常很低，但在炎症、感染、心血管疾病等情况下，其含量会显著升高。因此，hs-CRP测定可以用于评估心血管疾病风险、监测炎症进程等。
