凋亡相关蛋白配体（Fas ligand，FasL）是Fas的配体，在免疫细胞、生殖细胞和肿瘤细胞等处表达。FasL与Fas的结合可以诱导细胞凋亡，参与细胞死亡、免疫耐受和免疫规避等生物学过程。
