CCL5，也称为RANTES（Regulated on Activation, Normal T cell Expressed and Secreted），是C-C趋化因子家族中的一种趋化因子。它由多种细胞产生，如T细胞、巨噬细胞、内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞等，并且能够吸引多种CCR1、CCR3和CCR5受体表达的细胞，如单核细胞、T细胞和巨噬细胞等。CCL5在多种炎症和免疫调节过程中发挥着重要作用，如艾滋病、动脉粥样硬化、炎症性肠病等。
