APOA1 (Apolipoprotein A1)是一种由肝脏细胞合成的高密度脂蛋白（HDL）的主要结构蛋白质，参与胆固醇的逆向转运和脂质代谢。它与其他蛋白质一起形成HDL颗粒，通过与组织中游离的胆固醇结合并将其运输到肝脏进行代谢，从而降低血液中胆固醇的水平。
