CD14是一种单链糖蛋白，主要表达于单核细胞、巨噬细胞和树突状细胞等免疫细胞表面。它与LPS（脂多糖）结合并搭配Toll样受体（TLR）触发免疫细胞对细菌等外源性微生物的反应，参与炎症、免疫调节等过程。
