CCL27，也称为皮肤趋化蛋白-3（CTACK），是C-C趋化因子家族中的一种趋化因子。它主要由表皮细胞和角质形成细胞等皮肤细胞产生，并且能够吸引CCR10受体表达的细胞，如Th1和Th2细胞等。CCL27在皮肤免疫应答中发挥着重要作用，如过敏性皮肤炎、银屑病等。
