CCL22，也称为小细胞肺癌分泌蛋白-1（MDC），是C-C趋化因子家族中的一种趋化因子。它主要由树突状细胞和肿瘤细胞等产生，并且能够吸引CCR4受体表达的细胞，如调节性T细胞和Th2细胞等。CCL22在多种疾病中发挥着重要作用，如过敏性疾病、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤等。
