In VivoMice (Five-week-old C57BL/6 similar weight male mice; 2% w/v betaine in water;饮水喂食)At week 8, the mice were randomly divided into 3 groups (n= 6 in each group), balanced to achieve a similar average body weight. The NFD group was fed with a normal fat diet (11.7% kcal fat). The HFD group was fed a high fat diet (45% kcal fat).
