RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) causes severe respiratory infections in infants and the elderly. M2 protein (matrix protein 2) is a core functional protein for viral replication, mainly involved in the assembly and release of RSV. The peptide VYNTVISYI (from M2 residues 82-90) is a key viral antigen peptide derived from RSV M2 protein. Its core function is to bind to MHC and present it on the surface of infected cells, activate the killing effect of specific CTLs, clear RSV infected cells, and induce long-term immune memory. The Mouse H-2Kd&B2M&RSV M2 (VYNTVISYI) Tetramer Protein is a complex of H-2Kd of the MHC Class I, B2M, and VYNTVISYI peptide of the RSV M2.
