蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Human UNC5C (O95185-1) (Met1-Tyr380) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
表达宿主：HEK293 Cells
蛋白纯度：≥ 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 90 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
蛋白活性：Label Recombinant Human Netrin G1 / NTNG1 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 12313-H08H) with biotin. Loaded Biotinylated Recombinant Human Netrin G1 / NTNG1 Protein on SA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human UNC5C Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 30149-H08H) with an affinity constant of 1.28 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested).
