蛋白名称：Human TREM-2 Protein (ECD, His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated
蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the human TREM2 (NP_061838.1) (Met1-Ser174) was expressed with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
表达宿主：HEK293 Cells
蛋白纯度：> 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. > 95 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
蛋白活性：Immobilized TREM-2 / TREM2 Antibody, Mouse MAb(Cat:11084-MM08) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human TREM-2 Protein (ECD, His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat:11084-H49H-B ), the EC50 is 16-45ng/mL.
