蛋白名称：Human TL1A / TNFSF15 Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated
蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Human TL1A / TNFSF15 (NP_005109.2) (Leu72-Leu251) was expressed with a N-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag.The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed. This construct has a trimer design.
