蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Human TNFSF13 (O75888-1) (Gln111-Leu250) was expressed with a N-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed. This construct has a trimer design.

No. 10610-H44H1-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human TACI Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 29965-H02H) with an affinity constant of 39.200 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested).
