蛋白名称：Recombinant Human HVEM Protein (ECD, His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated
蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Human TNFRSF14 (NP_003811.2)(Met1-Val202) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
表达宿主：HEK293 Cells
蛋白纯度：≥ 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 95 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
蛋白活性：Immobilized Recombinant Human BTLA Protein (Fc Tag) (Cat:11895-H02H) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human HVEM Protein (ECD, His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat:10334-H49H-B), the EC50 is 200-600 ng/mL.
