蛋白名称：Human TNF-alpha Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated
蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Human TNF (NP_000585.2) (Val77-Leu233) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
表达宿主：HEK293 Cells
蛋白纯度：≥ 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 90 % as determined by SEC-MALS.
蛋白活性：1.Immobilized Recombinant Human TNF-alpha Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 10602-H49H-B) at 2 μg/mL (100 μl/well) on streptavidin precoated (2 μg/mL, 100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human TNFRSF1A Protein (Fc Tag) (Cat: 10872-H02H), the EC50 is 3-10 ng/mL. 2.Loaded Biotinylated Recombinant Human TNF-alpha Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 10602-H49H-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Adalimumab with an affinity constant of 0.458 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested).
