蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1+S2 (YP_009724390.1, with mutations T19R, 156-157 deletion, R158D, L452R, T478K, D614G,F817P, A892P, A899P,A942P, K986P, V987P and furin cleavage site mutants) was expressed with bacteriophage T4 fibritin and a C-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed. The mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as variant B.1.617.2) which emerged in the India.
