蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Human ROR1 (NP_005003.2)(Met1-Glu403) was expressed with a c-terminal AVI tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus (Fc-AVI). The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

蛋白纯度：≥ 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 90 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
蛋白活性：Immobilized Anti-ROR1 Antibody, human IgG1 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human ROR1 Protein (Fc & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 13968-H41H-B), the EC50 is 1.6-4.8 ng/mL.
