蛋白名称：Human Integrin alpha 6 beta 4 Heterodimer Protein (Flag & His Tag), Biotinylated
蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Human CD8A (P23229-3) (Met1-Ser1011) was fused with a flag tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the human CD8B (CAA37656.1) (Met1-Ser710) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the Human Integrin alpha 6 beta 4 Heterodimer was purified. The purified protein was biotinylated in vitro.

蛋白纯度：≥ 80 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 90 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
蛋白内毒素：< 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
