蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the human ITGA1 (P56199)(Phe29-Pro1141) was fused with a flag tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the human ITGB1 (P05556) (Gln21-Asp728) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the Human Integrin alpha 1 beta 1 Heterodimer was purified.

蛋白纯度：≥ 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 90 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
