蛋白名称：Human IL-33 Protein (His & AVI Tag), BiotinylatedA DNA sequence encoding the Human IL33 (NP_254274.1) (Ser112-Thr270) was expressed with a N-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag.The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
