蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the human IL2RB (NP_000869.1) (Met1-Asp239) was expressed with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

蛋白纯度：> 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. > 95 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
