重组甲型流感 H1N1Hemagglutinin/HA蛋白（产品说明）
蛋白名称：Influenza A H1N1 (A/Victoria/2570/2019) Hemagglutinin / HA-specific B cell probe (Y108F, His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (HPLC-verified)
蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Influenza A virus (A/Victoria/2570/2019 (H1N1)) hemagglutinin (EPI2413494) (with a mutation Tyr108Phe), was expressed with a c-terminal AVI tagged polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

蛋白纯度：≥ 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 85 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
蛋白活性：Immobilized Anti-Influenza HA (Research Grade Clone CR9114) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Influenza A H1N1 HA (Y108F, His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 41050-V49H1-B) , the EC50 is 1.2-4 ng/mL (QC tested).
