蛋白名称：Influenza A H3N2 (A/Massachusetts/18/2022; A/Thailand/8/2022) Hemagglutinin / HA-specific B cell probe Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated(MALS-verified)
蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Influenza A virus (A/Massachusetts/18/2022; A/Thailand/8/2022 (H3N2)) Hemagglutinin / HA-specific B cell probe (EPI2096148 & EPI2178977) (Met1-Val521, with a mutation Tyr114Phe), termed as HA, was expressed with a c-terminal AVI tagged polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
