蛋白名称：Influenza A H1N1 (A/California/07/09) Hemagglutinin / HA trimer Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated
蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Influenza A virus ((A/California/07/09) (H1N1)) hemagglutinin (translated amino acids of ACP41953.1), termed as HA, was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
表达宿主：HEK293 Cells
蛋白纯度：≥ 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 85 % as determined by SEC-MALS(Routinely tested).
蛋白内毒素：< 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
蛋白分子量：The recombinant Influenza A virus ((A/California/07/09) (H1N1)) hemagglutinin / HA comprises 548 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 61.23 kDa. It migrates as approximately 74.8 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 181.5 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested).ACP41953.1
