蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Rabbit FCGRT (ABY47597.1) (Ala24-Val297) was fused with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the Rabbit B2M (ALR85722.1) (Val22-Tyr120) constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the Rabbit FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer was purified. The purified heterodimer was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
