蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Feline FCGRT (W5VRL5-1) (Met1-Ser297) was fused with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the Feline B2M (Q5MGS7-1) (Met1-Leu118) constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the Feline FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer was purified. The purified heterodimer was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
