蛋白名称：Rhesus CD32B/Fcgr2b Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated
蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Rhesus FCGR2B (F7GVR2) (Met1-Pro224) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

蛋白纯度：≥ 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 90 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
蛋白活性：Loaded Recombinant Rhesus CD32B/Fcgr2b Protein, His & AVI Tag, Avi-tag Biotinylated (Cat. No. 91023-K49H-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Bevacizumab(IgG1) with an affinity constant of 0.98 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (QC tested).
