蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met1-Thr652) of human ERBB2 (NP_004439.2) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag. The protein is site-specifically conjugated with PE (Excitation = 495-566 nm, Emission Max.= 575 nm).
蛋白活性：1.Flow cytometric analysis of anti-ERBB2 CAR expression. 293 cells were lentivirally transduced with anti-ERBB2 CAR. Flow cytometric analysis was performed with a negative control protein and PE-conjugated human ERBB2 protein (Site-Specific Conjugation, ECD, His Tag, Cat. No. 10004-H86H-SP), respectively. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control (left). 2.Binding activity of PE-conjugated EGFR protein to PBMC cells. PBMC cells were stained with anti-CD3 antibody and AF 488-conjugated human EGFR protein (Site-Specific Conjugation, ECD, His Tag, Cat. No. 10004-H86H-SP) and detected by flow cytometry. PBMC cells stained with anti-CD3 antibody were used as a control (left).
