Description：NebuSelect™ Influenza A H1N1 Hemagglutinin / HA Monoclonal Antibody (HRP) (CAT# NBAB-106387) was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant H1N1 (A/Puerto Rico/8/1934) HA. The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugated with horseradish-peroxidase (HRP).
