They are especially designed for positive or negative selection of CD4+ cells. The beads are manufactured under sterile ISO 5 conditions with no animal- or human-derived components. Each batch undergoes rigorous quality control, including sterility, endotoxin, and functional validation. 应用说明（Application） Cellectra™ Human CD4 NanoSort Microbeads are designed for the positive selection or negative selection of CD4+ T cells from fresh or frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). CD4 is an accessory molecule in the recognition of MHC class II/peptide complexes by the TCR heterodimers on CD4+ T helper cells. It is predominantly expressed on the surface of T helper cells.
